We want you to be satisfied with Magic Search. Magic Search is sold through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase. All payments and refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy.
Every new installation starts with a 7-day free trial. During this period, you have full access to all features at no cost. We encourage you to thoroughly test the App during the trial before subscribing.
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refund requests are reviewed by Paddle on a case-by-case basis in line with the Paddle Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Where a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method.
You can request a refund directly from Paddle using the receipt emailed to you after your purchase, or contact us at [email protected] with your store hash and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 14 days.
Your subscription is cancelled automatically when you uninstall the App from your BigCommerce store. After cancellation, no further charges will be made.
