These terms govern your use of Magic Search ("the App"), a BigCommerce search widget application provided by RofeSoft Development House ("we", "our", "us").
Magic Search provides an instant search widget for BigCommerce storefronts. The App imports your visible product catalog, indexes it for fast search, and installs a search overlay on your storefront with filtering, sorting, and custom field support.
New installations receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. During the trial, all your products are imported and indexed regardless of catalog size. After the trial expires, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the search widget.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, our payment processor. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled. You must select a plan that supports your store's product count.
The App automatically syncs product changes (created, updated, deleted) from your BigCommerce store via webhooks. Only visible products are imported and indexed. We store a minimal subset of product data required for search functionality.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Search functionality depends on our infrastructure and the BigCommerce API. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services.
The App is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any loss of sales, traffic, or revenue resulting from search widget downtime or misconfiguration. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last billing period.
You may uninstall the App at any time from your BigCommerce dashboard. Upon uninstall, all your data is deleted from our systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
